UI-7113 Penetrating Conditioner

UI-7113 Penetrating Conditioner is a cleaning and conditioning additive used to improve adhesion of new polyurethane coatings to existing, fully cured polyurethane coatings. When added to the cleaning solvent, UI-7113 will greatly enhance the removal of surface oxidation.
