Overview
UPI vehicular traffic coating systems are uniquely formulated to withstand the impact of constant vehicular traffic while also protecting the concrete deck against moisture penetration. These heavy-duty polyurethane and polyurea systems are also engineered to protect parking decks from the deteriorating affects of freeze-thaw cycles, environmental elements and vehicle fluids. These versatile, fluid-applied systems can be applied to new and existing concrete surfaces and are designed to endure varying levels of vehicular traffic. Rapid cure versions are available to minimize disruptions to operations.
