Overview

UPI buried membrane systems are liquid-applied and engineered to cure in place, creating a seamless waterproofing membrane that contours and encapsulates the entire below-grade surface. These reinforced systems tenaciously adhere to concrete and block surfaces while allowing for normal structural movement without damaging the waterproofing membrane.

MCP SYSTEM 3000-R-60 MIL

Fluid applied, durable, tough polyester fabric reinforced elastomeric waterproofing membrane system.
VOC-compliant, high elongation, moisture cured, modified polyurethane membrane.
Concrete substrates including vertical masonry, block, and brick surfaces.
Average 60 dry mils*.

Heavy duty, fluid applied, polyester fabric enforced elastomeric membrane waterproofing system.
VOC-compliant, high elongation, moisture cured, modified polyurethane membrane.
Concrete substrates including vertical masonry, block, and brick surfaces.

MCP SYSTEM 3030-R-215 MIL

Hot-applied, highly-rubberized asphalt-based fluid material which is applied to form a continuous adhered waterproofing system.
Used in the waterproofing of various types of Portland cement concrete surfaces including precast and poured in place roofs, bridge decks, tunnels, and parking structures.

URADEK System AFWM-60 MIL

Under tile or under mortar bed anti-fracture waterproofing system.
Exterior use under thin set ceramic, terrazzo, quarry and porcelain tile.
Concrete and plywood substrates.
Average 60 dry mils*.
